Materials:
300 gms of glass fish, 1 cup of finely chopped onion, 5-6 slices of green chillies, amount of mustard oil, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chilli powder.
Method:
Choose fish first. Then rinse well with water and drain. Take all the ingredients together except the fish and spread it by hand. Then spread the fish and cook with adequate amount of water. When the fish is well mixed, lower the coriander leaves and serve with green chillies.
