Materials:
1/ Two cups of karla cut into thin rounds.
2/ Half a cup of thinly sliced potatoes.
3/ Half a cup of boiled eggs of any large fish.
4/ One cup of onion cut into thin slices.
5/ Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
6/ Half a teaspoon of chilli powder.
7/ Quarter cup of oil.
One teaspoon of raw and ripe chillies or according to taste. Salt to taste.
Method:
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except oil, half a cup of chopped onion, sliced green chillies and eggs. In another bowl, grate the fish eggs with the remaining half a cup of chopped onion and separate with the sliced green chillies. Heat oil in a pan and cover it with all the ingredients. Occasionally open the lid and shake lightly. When karla and potato are cooked, sprinkle the fish eggs mixed with onion and green chilli slices on top. Reduce the heat of the oven and cover. Open the lid and shake it two or three times. Quite friedWhen you start frying without oil, cover and turn off the oven. Serve with hot rice.
