Materials:
Vhetki fish 300 gms,
mustard paste or mustard paste 50 gms,
lemon juice 2 tsp,
salt 1 tsp,
garlic powder 1 tsp,
onion powder 50 gms,
green chillies 50 gms,
coriander leaves 50 gms,
eggs 1 tbsp. 1 cup of flour,
100 grams of capsicum,
100 grams of tomato.
Method:
Vhetki fish minced by removing the thorns. Put minced fish in a pot and mix it well with mustard paste, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, green chilli powder, coriander leaves, eggs and flour. Take the size of small kofta. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry kofta. Pour the koftas into a bowl and serve with capsicum and tomato paste.
