- Chicken - 750 Gm
- Ginger Paste - 1/2 Tbsp
- Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Plain Yogurt - 3 Tbsp
- Mustard Oil - 2 Tbsp
Ingredients For Dak Banglo Special Masala:
- Dry Red Chilli - 4 Pcs
- Cumin Seeds - 2 Tsp
- Garam Masala - Cardamom,
- Clove,
- Cinnamon,
- Black pepper Seeds and Javitri
Ingredients For Chicken Dak Bunglow:
- Mustard Oil
- Potato - 3 Pcs
- Egg - 2 Pcs
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Dry Red Chilli
- Garam Masala
- Onion Chopped - 2 Pcs Big Size
- Ginger Paste - 1 Tsp
- Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
- Chopped Tomato - 1 Pcs Small Size Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- Green Chilli
- Garam Masala Powder

- At first, take 750 gm chicken and cut them in big pieces for marination add
- 1/2 tbsp. ginger paste,
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic past,
- 1tsp chili powder,
- 1 tsp turmeric powder,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder chili,
- 3 tbsp. yogur (beat well first),
- 2 tbsp. mustard oil and mix well
- then keep it aside for 1 hour or more, it chicken will get soft after 1hour take it out of the fridge to put it in room temperature, heat up a pan, and add 4 dry chilies, 2tsp whole cumin, whole garam masala that includes cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, mace dry roast the masala on low flame when you get a nice aroma turn off your oven then make a paste by adding little bit of water it is an important ingredient of chicken dak bungalow After making paste heat up mustard oil in a Kadai fry 3 potatoes each cut in 2 pieces add salt and turmeric powder while frying fry well on all sides and take them out after that fry 2 boiled eggs and add salt and turmeric powder fry well and take them out after frying keep 4 tbsp. mustard oil in the Kadai and add 2 dry chilies, whole garam masala that includes cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper fry the masala for 10-20 secs then add 2big size chopped onions fry the onion well medium flame after frying add 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garlic paste fry another 2 mins on medium flame after frying add 1 small size sliced tomato fry for another minute on medium flame now add the marinated chicken make sure the chicken is in room temperature before cooking mix and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame now take the roasted masala paste that you prepared earlier after 4-5 mins add the roasted masala paste add the fried potatoes and fry on medium flame for 3 mins after that add another 1 tsp salt (as per taste), 1/2 tsp sugar as this recipe is spicy so add chilli as per taste after mixing cover and cook on medium flame for 15 mins stir 3-4 times in the meantime after 15 mins stir and cook on high flame for 5 -6 after 5-6 mins add 1 cup water, both fried boiled eggs, 4-5 green chillies (as per taste) again cover and cook for 15 mins on medium to low flame after 15 mins let it boil for 3-4 mins on high flame and add 1/2 tsp garam masala powder then turn off your oven and let it rest for 10 mins serve it hot with rice, roti or paratha today's poila baishak special chicken dak bungalow recipe is ready it's very tasty, definitely make this at home on bengali new year and enjoy with everyone don't forget to give a like and share with your frends marcel food recipe ltd
