Raw onion: 1 cup in marinade, 1 cup at the end of cooking
1 tablespoon of ginger paste
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
10/12 round peppers
7/8 kebab sugar
5/6 small cardamom
3 bay leaves
Long 7/8
Cinnamon approximately 10/12 cm
3 large cardamoms

to cook kala bhuna, you need a lot of beef and it is's first characteristic. will not the proper taste if use less beef we took 2 a kilo of beef with fat and bone and have to cut the pieces of meat little bit bigger size. now we are going to add spices. adding one cup of cube cut onion. add 3pcs of bay leaves, 3pcs of black cardamom, 3-4pcs of cinnamon, 6-7pcscloves, 4pcs star anies, 4pcs caradamom, 10-12pcs black pepper and 6-7 cubeb, also adding 1cup onion beaver, 2table-spoon red chili powder 1/2 tea-spoon turmeric powder, 2table-spoon coriender powder and salt 1rable-spoon now going to add 1tble-spoon zinger and garlic paste and 1cup of oil which we used to make onion beaver, it's time to mix all ingredients with beef very well and have to do that by using your hand. the more you mix the ingredients, the more taste you get. mixing all the ingredients is done. now lid the pan and cook it we didn't use any till now. will cook it just for 5 min in high heat. after 5 min will open the lid and stir it very well. will repeat this steps for couple of times. best recipe of the world
I mean, will lid the pan and after every 5min will stir it very well. will cook it until the oil came out from the spices it may 20-25 min to complete this process the heat will remain same. after 20 min, if you open the lid, will find that the color of the beef has been changed and the oil came the spices. adding 1/2 tea-spoon black pepper adding powder of one nutmeg without shell adding 2-3 gram mace, adding 1/2tea-spoon rosted cumin powder and 1/2 tea-spoon hot spice powder, adding 1/2tea-spoon celery/radhuni seed powder. again will mix all the ingredients very well. after adding all the iingredients, will mix it very well and stir it frequently for 2-3 min. after stirling it for 2-3min, will make the heat low and lid the pan. in another pan, pour 1 cup of mustard oil add one cup chopped onion when the color of onion will change, will add 1 table-spoon chopped garlic will fry it until it became brownish when the color of onion and garlic will change, will add 1table-spoon chopped zinger after that will add 10-12 red chili will fry it until onion became like this at this moment, heat of the stove is full. after that, will add some beef into this oil and lid the pan. will lid the pan for 1 min on full heat of the stove after thet will mix all the oil into the curry including the added beef. after adding it, will make the heat mideum and mix it very well lid the pan and wait for 5 min after 5 min will not lit it again and will stir it frequently when oil came out from the spices, will add 1cup cubic cut onion. adding 1/2 tea-spoon hot spice powder and 1/2 tea-spiice powder and 1/2tea-spoon celery/radhuni seed powder now will lid the pan, turn off the stove and wait for 5 min.
