Beef 500 gms, gram pulses 250 gms, ginger paste 2 tbsp, garlic bata 2 tbsp, cumin bata 1 tbsp, onion powder 1 cup, turmeric powder 1 tsp, green chillies 5-6 tsp, dried chilli powder 1 tsp , According to the amount of salt, bay leaves 2-3, cinnamon 2-3, cardamom-cloves 2-3, hot spice powder 2 teaspoons, soybean oil 1/4 cup, ghee 1 tbsp.
Method:
In a pan, fry cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and onion in a pan with a little red ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, turmeric powder, dried chilli powder, hot spice powder and salt. Pulses have to be given. Pulses and meat should be cooked together on low heat. Before unloading, ghee and green chillies should be sliced.
