 ☑️ 2 cups powdered milk,

☑️ two and a half cups of water,

☑️ 2 tablespoons of sugar,

☑️ two small bars of chocolate,

☑️ 1 tin of cream,

☑️ 3 tbsp of ovaltin,

☑️ 1 tbsp of liquid glucose,

☑️ half tin of condensed milk,

☑️ 2-3 tbsp of gelatin ,

 ☑️ 1 table-spoon of CMC powder,

☑️ 1 table-spoon of cornflower.

How to make homemade chocolate ice cream recipe 

Powdered milk, water, condensed milk, sugar, ovaltine and cornflower should be blended together.

 Pour the mixture into the pan and add chocolate. 

When it becomes thick, lower it and mix the liquid glucose.

 Mix the cream and beat. The mixture should be stored in the deep freezer for 2 hours.

 After two hours, take it out and beat it four or five times. 

The last time you make meringue, you have to mix it together. 

2 egg whites and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
