☑️ basmati rice 1 kg, 

☑️  ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp,

☑️ sour curd 10 tbsp,

☑️ shahi cumin 1 tbsp,

☑️ cashew nut paste 5 tbsp,

☑️ powdered milk 100 gm,

☑️ ghee half kg,

☑️  black cardamom 10 Pieces,.

☑️ 10 pieces of trefoil,

. half of nutmeg,

☑️ 5 pieces of jaggery,

☑️ 5 pieces of cinnamon,

☑️. 5 pieces of bay leaves,

☑️ 20 grams of raisins,

☑️ 2 tablespoons of red chilli powder,

☑️ 150 grams of oil,

☑️ 10 grams of rose water.

Method: 

First, put sour curd, chilli powder, salt, ghee, oil, triphala powder, jaggery, nutmeg powder, cashew nut paste, ginger and garlic paste inside the meat for about three hours and then cook on low heat.

 Before boiling the rice, for 1 kg of rice, 5 kg of water will require powdered milk, salt, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon and oil. Boil the rice halfway and drain the water. Home 

Now cover the bottom of the pan with khasir meat, potatoes and boiled polao rice with rose water and cover the pan well and simmer for 1 hour.Cook for 20 minutes.
