Rupchanda fish 1 kg,
turmeric powder 1 teaspoon,
red chilli paste 1 teaspoon,
fish sauce half a teaspoon, salt to taste, onion paste half a cup, ginger half a teaspoon, garlic paste half a teaspoon, tomato puree 2 tablespoons,
Oil as needed.
Method:
Cut the stain with a Rupachanda fish knife. Sprinkle with half turmeric, bata chilli, fish sauce and salt and leave for an hour. Then fry the fish. Heat two tablespoons of oil and fry the onion in it. Add ginger, garlic, salt, remaining turmeric, bata chilli, tomato puree and fried fish. Then take it down with raw chilli and coriander leaves.
