Sweet and sour of Rui fish by MarceL Food Recipe Ltd
Materials:
Rui fish 500 g (sliced),
ginger paste - 1 teaspoon,
onion paste - 2 tablespoons,
coriander powder half a teaspoon, turmeric - 1 teaspoon,
sugar, salt,
cumin powder - half a teaspoon.
Whole cumin-1 pinch,
tamarind kai- to taste,
oil quantity,
bay leaves-2.
Method :
Fry the fish with salt and turmeric. Put all the bata spices, salt, sugar and tamarind in the fried fish and keep it for ten minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, cumin seeds and cover the fish. When it boils, turn the fish over. Leave it for another five minutes. Give the sweet to your taste.
