Materials:
1 kg of polao rice,
2 cups of lightly fried mugdal,
1 cup of beans, 1 cup of chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste,
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic,
2 teaspoons of dried chilli powder,
2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, cinnamon-cardamom 2 / 3 pieces,
bay leaves 3/4, salt and oil amount. (You can give ghee instead of oil.
Method:
Rinse the rice well and add water. When the oil is hot in the pot, add all the spices except turmeric and onion. Then shake well and wash the pulses. Stir in turmeric powder, water and salt and cover. When the rice and pulses are cooked, take them down. Cover with ghee for 5 minutes before unloading. It will be delicious and will smell nice. Finally serve hot.
