Materials:
1 duck, 2 cups of chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 2 teaspoons of garlic paste, 2 teaspoons of chilli powder, 4 cardamoms, 3 pieces of cinnamon, 8 pieces of green pepper, 3 whole dried chillies, half a cup of oil, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 2 teaspoons, a pinch of nutmeg powder.
Method:
1. Brown the onion in oil and fry it with all the spices for a while and add more water.
2. Then add meat and salt. When the oil rises to a simmer, add hot water to the meat.
3. When the meat is cooked and smeared with broth, leave it for a while with green chillies and cumin powder.
4. Serve with hot rice or bread.
