Materials:
2 pigeons,
1 tablespoon of chopped onion,
2 tablespoons of onion paste,
1 teaspoon of ginger paste,
half teaspoon of garlic paste,
half teaspoon of turmeric powder,
1 teaspoon of chilli powder,
half teaspoon of coriander powder,
half teaspoon of black pepper powder
, 1 bay leaf, 2 cardamoms, 2-3 pieces of cinnamon,
one cup of 4 parts oil, according to the amount of salt.
Method:
First remove the pigeon feathers and clean them. Now burn the small skin feathers on the fire and clean it. Cut into small pieces and wash. Now heat oil in a pan, fry onion and add ginger and garlic paste. When the ginger-garlic paste is fried, add cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves. Mix all the powdered spices with a little water. When the spices are added, add the meats. When the meat is cooked, cover it with adequate amount of water. When the broth boils, take it down after seeing the taste.
