Materials:

For polao: Polao rice 600 gms, garlic and a half tablespoons, cumin seeds 1 teaspoon, sweet yogurt quarter cup, large cardamom 2, cardamom 4-5, cardamom 1-5 tablespoons, potato bokhara 6, salt to taste, sugar to taste, Rose water 1 teaspoon, Keora water 1 teaspoon, Mawa 2 tablespoons. Beresta, raisins, pistachios, fried almonds, mint leaves for garnish.
Method:
Mix 1 tablespoon of Khasi meat with all the bata spices, almonds, raisins, poppy seeds, sour-sweet yoghurt, salt and rose water and keep it for 2 hours. Now leave the meat with 1 cup onion in oil in a pan. When it is well cooked, it should be mixed with some Malai and Mawa meat and simmered for 10 minutes.
